For employees whose companies already use Envoy Global, the Envoy Mobile app gives you the features needed to check the progress of a visa application at any time from a mobile phone. After downloading and logging in with the same credentials you use for the Envoy web platform, the mobile app can be used to:
• View the status of a case
• Upload required case documents
• View messages in Communication Center
• Post a message for an Envoy-affiliated attorney or in-country expert
• Retrieve current I-94 information directly from USCBP
• View expiration dates for current status and passport
• Upload documents to the Personal Document Library
• Receive notifications for case status updates and for new messages
